Prairie Haven is located approximately 28 miles south of Topeka KS and is only a few miles south of the Scranton, Ks exit on US 75. Large RV's are able to negotiate the improved gravel roads from US 75 west to Morrill Rd. Please watch out for other vehicles and farm implements on these roads.

If traveling north towards Prairie Haven, 197th street is exactly 5.0 miles north from US 31 / US 268.

Directions:

Take US 75 to 197th Street.
Go west one mile until you arrive at Morrill Rd.
On Morrill Road, travel north one-half mile until you arrive at the Prairie Haven front gate which will be on your left. Ring the buzzer three times and a camp host will help you.

There is a small, white "Highland Cemetery" sign on the west side of the road on U.S. 75.

Look for telephone company equipment on the northeast side of the intersection.

Please note that if you are traveling to our camp from the north, most online map sites will suggest that you travel south on Morrill from 189th to get to our camp. Please do not go this way! This part of Morrill Road is not maintained and is primarily used by farmers to get to their fields (see satellite view). Instead, go west on 197th from US 75 and then north on Morrill Road to the Prairie Haven front gate. This part of Morrill Road is a good gravel road that can be navigated even by persons who have large campers.
