Introduction
PH requires couples to assist the managers (TAT board of directors) with the conduct of day-to-day business and maintenance of its grounds and facilities. A lead couple will open (mid-April) and close (mid-October) the camp.
The co-host couple will provide relief for the lead couple approximately two days per week (or more as jointly agreed upon and approved by the president) and will assist the lead couple during the luau and three three-day holiday weekends. The couples will be responsible to the president of the board for the successful operation of the camp. Although it would be nice to say these are 8-5 positions, the reality is the phone and gate bell ring at any time, members and visitors need assistance at any time, and emergency repairs are occasionally required at any time of day or night.
A primary function of the hosts is to support visitor, guest, member, and board of director needs. The hosts are responsible for conducting the administration/office and grounds keeping/ maintenance tasks below. The hosts need to be self-starters; flexibility and judgment are required of the hosts.
Please provide specific information and proficiency level (1 high 2 moderate, 3 some, 4 none) for each task below by number and letter on separate paper. Please include three to five references of who can vouch for your work habits, attitude, and job performance.
